Valentine's Party Treats

These creations were made for my daughter's little playgroup friends. Although all of the children are well under a year old, I am sure their parents will enjoy the candies in the goody bags. The lollipop was decorated with a scalloped circle cut from the Celebrations cartridge and stamped with Stampin' Ups 'Think Happy Thoughts' stamp set. The treat bag tag was cut in SCAL.
